One of the problems with pizza ordering in Tehran is finding a restaurant to order only one or more pizza slices instead of a whole pizza. Some people order the whole pizza and if some stay, they put it in the refrigerator and flick to finish it. Some others are stronger, do not come to it a night and then surprise theme self by finding some pizza slices in the refrigerator!!!
Honestly, I’m not a cold pizza fan. Last night I really needed a pizza, In the one hand, I could not wait for the delivery driver for at least 30 minutes, on the other hand, I needed just a small pizza or some slices only. finally decided to bake a pizza for myself, I spent only 14 minutes to make a Margherita pita bread pizza (homemade Margarita pizza) ready:
The super fast pizza recipe
- 1 piece pita bread
- 1 tbsp tomato paste or Ketchup
- 50 gr ground Mozzarella cheese or more
- Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
- 1 average tomato sliced
- 4 olives without kernel black or green
- ground oregano some
- basil leaves some

Preheat the oven to 200 C degrees

Put the pita bread on pizza cooking plate and cover it with tomato paste

Cover the tomato paste with ground Mozzarella cheese

Place tomato and olive slices

Place the pita pizza into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes. Remove from the oven and top Parmesan and olive oil. If you are using frozen Parmesan cheese powder put the pizza in the oven for one or two minutes again

Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil let it rest for 2 minutes, slice it and enjoy
My Margherita pita beard pizza was prepared in 14 minutes and it was very fragrant and appetizing. Unfortunately, I did not have the Basil leaf and I compensated it with a few pieces of Feta cheese (the funny solution of a cheese lover)
But, if you like a thick pizza full of sausages, unfortunately, this pizza will not make you happy.
